Seasonal gatherings, movement and meaningful moments — created with people who inspire me.

A few times a year, I bring together movement, breathwork, plant medicine and community for something a little deeper than a regular class. These are unhurried mornings designed to help you pause, reconnect, and step into the new season feeling grounded.

Rituels de Saison — with Jade, Naturopathe

Four times a year, marking the turn of each season, I team up with naturopath Jade for a two-hour wellness ritual — usually at Cavy Shala Studio, or on the beach through summer.

Each edition has its own theme, shaped around what the season calls for: gestion du stress, self-love in October, preparing the body for winter, post-holiday detox, radiant summer energy — always something timely, always something real.

How it flows:

  • We open with somatic movement and breathwork, gently arriving into the body and the space

  • Jade introduces the season's theme and the plants and essential oils we'll be working with

  • You'll blend your own essential oil to take home, and prepare a reusable tea bag of dried herbs — Jade's own blends, made for the theme

  • We share a cup of herbal tea (or a cold infusion in summer) as Jade talks us through it all

  • A gentle 45-minute yoga session follows, closing into meditation and breathwork

  • We finish with a short circle of exchange, and everyone picks a card to carry the moment forward

It's part workshop, part ritual, part reunion with yourself — leave with new tools, a bottle and tea sachet of your own blend, and a little more calm than you arrived with.

Fit & Flex — with Jared, Personal Trainer & founder of TaylorMade Studio

Every couple of months, personal trainer Jared and I team up for a session that works both body and mind: 30 minutes of HIIT training led by Jared, followed by 30 minutes of yoga, mobility, meditation and breathwork with me.

Most sessions take place at TaylorMade Studio, finishing with a relaxed apéro together. In summer, we take it outdoors — Sunday morning sessions on the beach, followed by a swim and always a delicious brunch at Mosquito Coast, Plage Mateille.

Coming in 2027 — Focused Practice Workshops

Starting next year, I'll be running standalone yoga and Pilates workshops every couple of months — deeper dives into specific areas of practice, for anyone wanting to build real skill and understanding beyond a weekly class.
