A Yoga and Pilates practice for every body and every level, right here in Narbonne.

Classes are taught in French, with private sessions available in English. All levels and abilities are welcome — this is a space to meet your body where it is, not where you think it should be.

Who am I?

I'm an English yoga and Pilates teacher who's called the South of France home for 12 years. I came to yoga looking for something simple: a healthier, more balanced life. What I found was much bigger — my mat became a place to challenge myself, quiet my mind, and feel truly at home in my body.

Since then, I've trained extensively in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, alongside functional mobility and Pilates. Today I teach classes built around creative sequencing, breathwork and calm, intentional energy — always with great music.

I love helping people reconnect with their bodies: to strengthen, mobilise, and feel confident and at ease — on the mat, and off it.

My Yoga Style

Every class begins with breathwork, moving slowly to warm the body and settle the mind. From there, we build into dynamic, creative flow — breath and movement always connected.

Towards the end, we slow again: flexibility, Yin poses, and a final moment of stillness.

Along the way, we work on strength, mobility, balance and breath — everything the body needs to feel light, capable, and calm. Expect candlelight, essential oils, and a playlist I've curated just for that class.
